Description:

Terrestrial herb, inflorescence pale green except corolla cream. Only one seen fertile. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Terra firme forest on relatively flat terrain, 5 years after die-back of bamboo forest. Frequent. Poorly-drained area.
