Description:

Terrestrial herb. Terrestrial herb, leaf base pale green, bracts on scape pale yellowish green, those near inflorescence silvery, inflorescence bracts red, corolla white. Occurring in dense populations of about 15 individuals by trail along ridgetop. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Slightly disturbed moist forest on hilly terrain near shore. Locally frequent.
