Georeferencing Method: Georeferencing Quick Reference Guide, Version 2012 (Georeferenced to the approximate geographic center of the unnamed road which connects the region of Camanaús to the São Gabriel da Cachoeira airport (synonymous with Uaupes airport) in Mun. São Gabriel da Cachoeira, Amazonas. Using Google Maps - Satellite View, located the unnamed road which connects Camanaús to the airport. Used the Distance Measurement Tool (Google Maps) to measure a straight line between the location where the road meets the approximate geographic center of Camanaús (port area) to the location where the road meets the airport, then halved this distance to approximate the location of the midpoint of the road. Measured to approximately this halved distance from one extreme of the road segment toward the center; used Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs to find the coordinates of the midpoint of the road. Input coordinates, linear extent (3302.31 m), and measurement error (.5 m) into the MaNIS Georeferencing Calculator to find the uncertainty radius.)
