Description:

Broad-crowned tree ca. 6 m. tall, 10 m. across, 50 cm. in diameter, with horizontal branches to ground. Corolla red; staminodes yellow; stigmas light green. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Cerrado on rocky slopes. Only one seen.
