Description - Stipules persistent, 1.5-2.5 mm long, linear, acute; petioles narrowly alate, stipellate apically, 1.5-2(-4) cm long, the rachis 7.5-12.5 cm long, alate, the wing narrowly linear, slightly stipellate at each juga; leaflets 7-9-(-10-) jugate, the petiolules 0.7-1 mm long, the blades (2-)3-4.5 cm long, 1-1.5 cm wide, acute at both ends, the upper surface nitid and glabrous except for the pilosulose costa, minutely strigulose and dull beneath, the venation prominulous, the primary veins closely parallel, slightly salient; inflorescences 11-17 cm long, the bracts persistent, ca 1.5 mm long and 0.7 mm wide, acute, lanceolate-triangular, the bracteoles persistent, arising in the upper half of the pedicels, ca 0.5 mm long and 0.3 mm wide, ovate, acute; pedicels 6-7 mm long, minutely strigulose, the buds oval in outline, apiculate, ca 6 mm long and 4 mm diameter; claw of the petal 4.5 mm long, the blade rounded basally, ca 6.5 mm long and 7 mm wide; filaments of the larger stamens ca 8 mm long, sparingly villose, the filaments of the smaller stamens 6.5-8 mm long; gynoecium glabrous, the ovary oblanceolate, ca 3.5 mm long, 1.5 mm wide; fruit glabrous, reddish brown, elliptic-oblong in outline, ca 9.5 cm long and 4 cm wide, 10-seeded, the seeds ca 2.5 cm diameter, compressed laterally but about orbicular in outline.
