Description:

Weedy herb; leaves fold in when touched; leaves green with red edges, top of stem red-brown, bottom of stem green; prickles along stem; pods segmented into three seeds and have long red hairs; stamens lavendar with yellow anthers; stems, leaves and fruit pubescent.
Habitat:

Overgrown pasture land. Common.
