Steep slope with sparse talus, abundat rock outcrops, and mixed hardwood (Acer saccharum, Carya, Liriodendron, Nyssa, Prunus serotina)- conifer (Pinus taeda, P. virginiana) forest. saxicolous on conglomerate sandstone.
