Description:

scandent epiphyte. leaves coriaceous; calyx & pedicels dark orange-red; corolla-red at base with bands of maroon then green distally. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

disturbed premontane forest along trail and open potreros; in prima-ry forest.
