Description:

Stem cespitose, 4 m tall, 4.5 cm diam, spiny 8 cm long; petiole 34 cm long; petiole 84 cm long; rachis 2.4 m long; pinnae 42 per side, spreading in different planes. Inflorescences interfoliar.
