Nomenclature remarks: Nomen dubium
Taxonomy and Systematics: The description of this species is based on a vegetative specimen, which is illustrated in the original publication. The illustration is insufficient to determine even if this taxon belongs in the genus Tococa, although the overall habit resembles that of T. perclara or T. platyphylla. No specimen associated with this name was found during the course of this study.
