Description:

Erect, 1.2-2m. tall. Flowers purple, odorless. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Flat, grazed grassy savanna with regularly spaced brush-covered ant/termite mounds. With Brosimum gaudichaudii, Curatella americana, Simarouba, Cybistyax antisyphilitica. On fine Recent alluvium.
