Description:

Gnarled tree with rather corky-barked trunk to a height of 2.5 m. Leaves coriaceous, dark green glossy above, with impressed sub-marginal veins and midrib, buff below. Fruit pale green. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
Habitat:

Sandstone, metamorphic and quartzite rock outcrops with associated marsh and damp flushes. This plant on rocks.
