Description:

Tree to 3 m. with trunk 10 cm in diameter, with scaly bark. Leaves coriaceous, rigid, mid green above, pale glaucous beneath. Fruit spherical, rugose, dull green. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Cerrado, on sand.
