Description:

Shrub 3 dm tall. Calyx brown, lobes greenish-brown. Corolla pinkish-purple. Anthers yellow, connective dark purplish-black with whitish edges and tips. Young fruits orange-brown, inside of calyx lobes red-pink. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
Habitat:

Among rocks above camp. Heliamorpha - Neblinaria savana with Euterpe swamps along streams.
