Description:

Erect herb. Flowers white with pink edges; stamens yellow. Leaves green above, burgundy below with pink trichomes. Venation pink. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.

Habitat:

Wet shaded area abundant in ferns, mosses. Growing on rocks under waterfalls. Among ferns, mosses, Lycopodium, & Selaginella.
