Description:

Immature berries pustulate, with red pedicels, greenish-red hypanthium, and red calyx tube; gynoecium 3/5 superior, 4-loculate.

Habitat:

Tropical lower montane rain forest. Regenerating forest with disturbance along road. Clay/loam.
