Location:

Guyana. Tulameng Mtn., eastern slope, along line towards summit 1534 m. Alt. 976 - 990 m. (3202 - 3248 ft.)

Description:

Leaves anisophyllous, light green below, dark green above, with purple tinge. Calyx burgundy, corolla white, anthers yellow. Fruit a red capsule. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Wet slope forest. Rich in epiphytes and many gaps present. Dominated by Micrandra glabra and understory of palms.
