Venezuela. Amazonas. Atabapo Mun. Caño Negro, upstream from "Sima Camp", along branch of Caño Negro, south-central portion of meseta. Alt. 1140 m. (3740 ft.)

Description:

Tree. Tree, 6 m tall; leaves firmly membranous, dark green above, pale green below; inflorescence creamy; petals white, in bud elongated to a narrow apex; calyx pale green.

Habitat:

Riverine forest; along small stream.
