Description:

Leaves membranaceous, rich green above, silvery green below; stems and petioles deep rose red; calyx pale green with vertical magenta or russet colored stripes; petals rose on one side, white on other.
Habitat:

SW facing sandstone bluffs, moist shaded bluffs.
