Description:

Simple-stemmed ligneous plant 1m tall; fruit blue; leaves with brown raised tomentose nerves; stem brown tomentose.

Habitat:

Sandstone grottos and labyrinths in midst of wet savanna; praderas húmedas y arbustales enanos sobre turberas, bosquecillos riberenos y vegetacion sobre rocas abiertas.
