Description:

Shrub. Shrub to 1.5 m tall. Leaves dark green above, light green below. Infructescence a terminal panicle. Fruit a green capsule with persistent calyx.
Habitat:

Riparian vegetation on white sand. Inga, Rubiaceae, and Mora dominant.
