Description:

Tree. Tree 4-5 m tall. Leaves dark green above, pale green below. Flowers axillary and cauliflorous. Calyx green; corolla yellow-pink; stamens yellow; style elongated with globose stigma. Fruit a woody capsule.
Habitat:

Disturbed vegetation. Often burned. White sand.
