Description:

Shrub, 25 ft. tall; leaves coriaceous, dark green and shining above, dull brown with prominent raised nerves below; rachis inclined or drooping, dull red; calyx pale green; petals white. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Rich moist woods.
