Description:

Shrub. Shrub to 1 m; glandular trichomes present; petals translucent light green; fruits dark purple, to 0.5 cm dia.
Habitat:

Herbs, shrubs, occasional trees; sandstone bluffs. 5-15 m above waterfall pool in mist zone. Numerous crevices and boulder faces; Clusia, Bromeliaceae common.
