Description:

Shrub, fruits dark red. Flowers with red anthers, white filaments, pale pink petals. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

These plains are characterized by low-growing, stunted, flat-topped trees, shrubs, grasses and sedges. Soil underlain by hardpan at 10 in.
