Description:

Shrub ca. 3.5 m tall. Leaves green beneath, with red veins. Immature fruits reddish. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
Habitat:

Disturbed cloud forest with Baccharis, Brunellia, Myrsine, Garrya, Miconia, Oreopanax, Cestrum, Gyrotaenia, Piper and Cestrum. Occasional.
