Description:

Shrub, 4 m tall with a widely branched form; middle and largest trunk 12 cm dbh. Bark grey, scaling in fairly regular, vertically elongate reticulum. Flowers with creamy white sepals and petals, bright pale yellow anthers and pale lemon interior of the hypanthium. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.

Habitat:

Rather open campo cerrado on very sandy soil.
