Description:

Wiry shrubs to ca. 80 cm. Leaves bright green. Flowers pure yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Woodland along small stream, normally damp grassland, now dry, and dry cerrado/carrasco woodland on slopes of surrounding quartzitic hills.
