Guyana. Potaro-Siparuni. Pakaraima Mts, Upper Ireng R; 0.5 km section of Tay-Slay-O Creek, 4-8 km upstream of Ireng mouth. Alt. 650 m. (2133 ft.)

Description:

Shrub. Shrub 0.75 m; vestiture light purple; corolla cream.

Habitat:

Sandbars, streambed, adjacent sandstone walls, and riparian forest island. Substrate loosely formed white sandstones of lower Roraima formation.
