Description:

Tree. Much-branched tree 15 m x 25 cm diam; flowers 2-4 per leaf axil (4-8 per node), 6-merous; petals outside pink on overlapping edge, white on covered edge, inside apically pink-flushed, basally white; stamens light yellow.
Habitat:

Lower escarpment, talus cloud forest. occasional.
