Description:

Shrub 2.5 m tall; petals white; fruit blue. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Cloud forest, diverse mixed hardwoods. With: Myrsine, Brunellia, Weinmannia, Ardisia, Persea, Ocotea, Lobelia, Garrya, Cestrum, Miconia, Meliosma, Dendropanax, Didymopanax, Coccoloba, Pinus, Buddleja. Common.
