Description:

Shrub to 3.5 m tall. Hypanthium green, tinged with reddish. Petals white. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
Habitat:

Disturbed Pinus occidentalis forest with Sabal, Miconia, Tetrazygia, Chrysophyllum, Lantana, Clidemia, Simarouba, Acacia, and Cordia. Common.
