Species Description - Lianas ascending tree trunks, unbranched or weakly branched. Stems often covered by sheathing leaf bases. Leaves with petiole 9-50 cm long; blade bifid, split to near or below middle, 30-75 cm long. Inflorescence with 3 spathes inserted directly below spadix. Fl (Sep), fr (Jan, Jul, Aug).
