Location:

French Guiana. Route de l'Est. Ca. 5 kms. past the bridge over the Compté River. Ca. 52 kms. S of Cayenne.

Description:

Small tree, 8 m x 12 cm. without buttresses. Bark reddish-brown, more or less smooth. Petals white, androecium white except for yellow hood anthers. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
