Using Canadensys Lat/Long Crosshairs found coordinates (final) for the approximate geographic center of the fazenda. Because this locality is vague and the boundaries of the Fazenda Pau-Brasil are poorly defined, used Distance Measurement Tool (Google Maps) to estimate the linear extent by measuring from the selected coordinates near the center of the Fazenda Pau-Brasil to the nearest comparable named place, the Fazenda Cachoeira do Oro (-16.9712018 -39.5508885: found by referencing the paper map in the same manner as described above for locating the Fazenda Pau-Brasil), then dividing that distance by 2. Input coordinates, linear extent (1039.99 m), and measurement error (0.5 m) into the MaNIS Georeferencing Calculator to find the preliminary coordinates and final uncertainty radius (according to the Georeferencing Quick Reference Guide, Named Place: Undefined area).)
