Description:

epiphyte. Terrestrial, succulent herb to 25cm, spathe closed, sap with disagreeable odor, irritating to the skin. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Open forest with palms on high terraces only occasionally dissected by streams. No presence of taboca (Guadua palm). Occasional.
