Description:

Hemi-parasitic shrub 4 m in tree. Inflorescences pendent, very fragile, flowers pendent, corolla orange basally, yellow distally. Rare. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Moist terra firme forest on Tertiary sediments. Terrain hilly, dissected by deep narrow stream beds.
