Using Google Maps - What's Here tool, found coordinates (final) for the offset. Using Measure Distance tool again, found the linear extent of the starting location of the offset, the city of Camacan, by measuring from the selected starting coordinates along BA 251 to the farthest extent of the city (-16.396633, -39.580260).
