Description:

Tree; bark nearly smooth; twigs softly woody. Fruit dark brown, apparently nearly ripe, not falling but the seeds rattling loosely within. "Toco", the fruits said to be used in the past when no money to buy soap and used for washing colchas. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
