Description:

Solitary palm with 6-7 m (-20m) x 11-14 cm trunk. [see label for more info]. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Pre-Amazonian forest with sandy, lateritic soils (about 20 cm of sand on top of clay).
