Brazil. Bahia. Jequié Mun. Serra do Brejo, Fazenda of Francisco Brito, 10.5 km S of Mandacara on road to Serra do Brejo (road that goes past stadium). Alt. 600 - 700 m. (1968 - 2297 ft.)

Description:

Tree, 20 m. Leaves subcoriaceous, shiny deep green above, paler glaucous-olive beneath. Fruit pale green. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Southern Bahian mesophyllous forest, in good condition.
