Brazil. Acre. Feijó Mun. Basin of Rio Muru, village of Colombo, locality with frequent "tabocais" that died last year. Alt. 200 m. (656 ft.)

Description:

Shrub 5 m tall. Young stems densely erect pubescent. Leaves subcoriaceous, discolor. Immature fruits dark green.

Habitat:

Secondary forest with frequent logging, and canopy 25-35 m tall.
