Description:

Woody vine. Leaves absent on basal portion of stem; present on apical portion of stem (ca. 3-4 m above ground). Flowers on basal portion of stem (ca. 1-2 m above ground). Calyx lobes and bracts reddish-orange. Corolla reddish-orange w/ orange lobes.
Habitat:

Premontane wet forest.
