Ecuador. Napo. Archidona (Canton). Parroquia: Catundo. Buffer zone of Parque Nacional Sumaco Napo Galeras. Trail from the Comunidad Mushullakta towards crest of Galeras. Alt. 1100 - 1200 m. (3609 - 3937 ft.)

Description:

Terrestrial herb, 30-50 cm tall. Calyx green. Corolla tubular; orangish-red; throat yellow with dark red spots.

Habitat:

Premontane wet forest.
