Description:

Stipe up to 2,5 m tall, 1 cm in diameter. Petiole 20 cm long, rachis 40 cm long. 5-8 leaves. 3-4 pinnae / side. Roots visible at base. Young inflorescence extra foliar, old inflorescence with 5 rachillae.

Habitat:

Tierra firme, near swamp on clay soil.
