Brazil. Acre. Cruzeiro do Sul Mun. On road Cruzeiro do Sul-Rio Branco, ca. 25 km from Rio Juruá. Alt. 240 m. (787 ft.)

Description:

Shrub ca. 5 m tall. Leaves thinly subcoriaceous, dark green and shiny above, pale green below. Rachis pale green. Flower buds greenish-white. Corolla white.

Habitat:

Secondary forest with canopy 30-35 m tall.
