United States of America. Idaho. Washington Co. Cuddy Mountains, Cuddy Mountain; along east side of jeep trail off Brownlee Guard Station Road (For. Serv. Rd. 044), which is east off of ID 71 ca. 20 miles northeast of junction US 95 in Cambridge. Alt. 1280.2 m. (4200 ft.)

Description:

Corollas pale blue-to pale red-violet, throat paler and with a few red-violet veins within abaxially; staminode white; anthers tan abaxially, purple to black adaxially; plants, clammy, sweetly fragrant, like the nectar. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower.

Habitat:

On rocky slope in conifer-hardwood forest. Abundant.
