Description:

Height 16 to 24 inches. Corolla rose to pink. Degree of suffretescence average 1/3 of plant. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower.

Habitat:

On a north-facing, slight slope with very little vegetative cover. Seems always to be moist a few inches below the surface. Associated with Atriplex canescens and Sophora stenaphila. Small patches widely dispersed. Rare. In pure sand.
