Description:

Tree 15m x 15cm, with low plank buttresses. Fruits mature, pendent on drooping inflorescences, globose, white within, green with brown lenticels without. Endocarp cartilaginous, cotyledons contor-tuplicate.

Habitat:

Slightly disturbed moist forest. Rare.
