Description:

Tree 10m x 10cm, old infructescences. Few branches. Bark pale gray, rough, slightly fissured, flaky.
Habitat:

Disturbed moist forest on flat terrain. Rare.
Feature Notes:

A few local people fell individuals of this species (or climb them) to obtain ripe fruits, which are said to be black when mature.
